About the Book

Inter-Personal Communications is a compilation of educational and professional experiences of situations, methods, models and barriers to successful communicating among human beings. It includes personal family experience and has professional training methods and styles that make it easy to understand Personal Communication as well as ways to improve current inter-personal communicating. The experience written in this book spans a lifetime of learning and experience focusing on communications. A model is developed and then examined in depth to gain a very substantial understanding of the process of communicating. It also contains some unique connections to Transactional Analysis, which is extremely useful in diagramming communication situations, which enable a very different, look at inter-personal communicating, which can only enhance the readers expertise in communicating. His goal for many years has been to make communicating easier to understand and to enable a better way of getting our wants and needs communicated to those whom we need it communicated to.


About the Author

H. Daniel Wright is a native Philadelphian who has been living in Connecticut for the past eight years, and is married to a native New Yorker in Connecticut. He graduated La Salle University with a B.S. in Operations Management. Mr Wright also has completed one year towards his Masters Degree at Dowling College in Islip, New York. He is a former managing editor and editor-in-chief of the Evening Collegian newspaper and newsletter editor for the Society for the Advancement of Management while at La Salle. He has been a published poet for thirty years and has been writing for some fifty years professionally and as a hobby. He has taught Management Communications at RCA in Camden ,NJ. He has also taught at Cardinal Dougherty Adult Evening School, North Catholic Evening School and at Hatboro-Horsham Adult Evening Schoolin the Philadelphia,PA., area. Mr. Wright uses a style of writing that is personal and factual. He enjoys using personal experience to explain some of the styles and ways of communicating. His experience makes the information believable and easier to understand. He couples that experience with an easy to understand language without using eighty-cent words. He has also raised four children and included some of that experience within his book.
