About the Book

From the ranching country of Northern Nevada to the wilderness of Alaska’s Yukon Valley, two young people from different parts of America find love while running for their lives.

Julie King, the young daughter of wealthy Jordan King, has never been away from her overprotective family or her secluded ranch.  Now, all of a sudden, she is thrust into the hands of kidnappers and taken to the interior of Alaska where she is subjected to a lifestyle she could never have imagined.  Terrified and lost, she now has to depend on one of her captors to try and escape.

The continuing saga of the King dynasty, this book is a sequel to FLAME IN THE DESERT.  It is the story of one young man’s heroic efforts against overwhelming odds, to rescue a beautiful stranger from the hands of a twisted woman, bent on continuing revenge.
