About the Book

The aim of this book is to enlighten anyone who reads it what dementia and Alzheimer’s can do to the family if not prepared and all work together and get outside support from sources willing to help like the achiever’s association. Also with new Hipi laws  if not wrote down exactly how you want to be taken care of most likely it won’t be done and there is nothing can be done about it. The old saying you shouldn’t look into the future is so wrong, because you should plan for the future if something bad like this was to strike.

Your health and well being is so important . The statement , mom wouldn’t  want to live like this. That’s ok, because in reality none of us would prefer to but while God lets us stay alive lets thank  him for each moment and be so grateful for each moment we are granted to spend with our loved one and cherish all the good memories. This story is our family struggle with mom’s Alzheimer’s. 

About the Author

Freda Harrison, A Liciensed Practical Nurse, in the state of Ga. has worked with the elderely sice the age of 16 years old. The love of the elderely has kept her in that profession along with the blessings it bestowes. She is the wife of Jerry and mother of Shawn,Sherry, Bradley and  Stepmother of Jerry Jr. and Heather Marie.
