I’m going to get dressed and leave now, Bill. Let’s don’t say anything else. She got dressed and left. Not another word was spoken.
Things had settled down at the trucking company. The Rivera’s were quiet and Patty Jean was beginning to show in a big way.
They had found out a few weeks ago that it is a boy. It was now referred to as Little Bill. Bill was always saying, how is Little Bill today.
Russ Brown had called yesterday; they had a big decision to make. He had found the truck and said he could pick it up at any time. He had suggested that they should leave the trailer, because it could be loaded with drugs. Russ said, once we pick up the truck, you may start having problems with the Rivera’s again. If we leave the truck alone, you may never hear from them again, it’s your decision.
