About the Author

Mildred Allen Crouch, eldest of nine children was married to Ellis Crouch for fifty years.  She is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

 Mildred graduated from the Deaconess School of Nursing in Evansville, Indiana and also attended Indiana University.

            She is a Registered Nurse, retired from the Visiting Nurses Association and has taught Red Cross classes in childbirth preparation.

            She has taught Sunday School Classes and has been instrumental in forming Alcoholics Anonymous chapters.

            Mildred Crouch has written hundreds of poems and is author of Poems of Faith and Praise.
