We occasionally make mental notes of what we wish were not the same in our lives. If time, disease, or a poor diet has been causing our bodies to disfigure, it makes us feel bad. If we feel badly about what we see in the mirror, it affects our mental-emotional existence, it reflex in the whole of our lives.
When it happens, we find ourselves knee jerking, retorting angrily, depressed; wishing we could change, or improve the reflexion we see in the mirror. Unable to do anything about it, most persons leave it as is. Maybe you’ve done that too.
There’s nothing wrong with that. It just shows you’re like millions of people everywhere who want solutions to change their lives in many ways. What you may not know is; our lives, our situation, the way we look, our health, and the way we feel are all a by-product of our manifested focusing. What we’ve done, is hypnotize ourselves into manifesting a desired existence. We’ve given an assignment to our mind (our intentions) and now we will start to locate the place, space, and time to experience our desire outwardly.
That’s exactly WHY I asked you to run that little imaginary drill in the Preface. I asked you to do that because Galileo once said, “You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself.” Arguably, if you (as most people with their hearts-and-soul do) have been looking for the roadway to inside out, sustainable life change, then get ready for something refreshing!
