About the Book

Leaving behind the destruction of their world the Pinnerite people find their way to Earth.  Seeking refuge from an evil force, the leader of the alien race convinces Earth’s major governments to allow colonization of Antarctica.  The evil seems to have followed the Pinnerite people though, and now Earth is racing to prepare for a war they can not win.

After years of battle, technology is all but destroyed, borders are erased and redrawn, and strange creatures roam the continents.  The Pinnerite people break the seclusion of their Antarctic Colony to try and regain what has been lost. According to an ancient prophecy one of their own youth will join with six others from around the world to combat and defeat the driving force behind the evil that permeates civilization.

Arra is marked from birth to be the first of the Seven.  She travels toAustralia to find Moose, the second in a group that will bring hope back to the people of Earth.  Together they find five other young men and women that work together and risk their lives for something that was prophesied over 500 years ago.

This is a fast paced novel, with plenty of excitement and drama. Characters are full of personality, and mystery.  The battle for Australia is just the beginning of the adventures for the young heroes, and the war to win the world will test their resolve and friendship.

About the Author

Edson, Alberta, Canada. I may have been born there, but I do not remember living in Edson. I remember a small town, village you might say, outside of Edson. For whatever reason, the memory of that place is of rain and mud. What does it matter where I was born anyway, oh yeah, my mother was an American citizen at the time of my birth so being born in Canada gave me dual citizenship. Woot! Woot! During the 7th grade my mother moved my sister and I down to Lebanon, Oregon. Explaining to the kids in school that "Monty Python's Flying Circus" was a British show not Canadian was my first indication that Canada and the United States were truly two different countries. My "accent" faded soon enough, and I fit into the less-than popular group of kids without any tribble a'tall. (Yes, you read that right, a Star Trek reference.) I would frequent the library; it was on the way home from school. I chose to walk when the weather allowed, avoiding the kids on the buss. So in 7th grade I read "Jaws" and discovered there were many more interesting books out there beyond "Tin Tin," "Nancy Drew," and the award winning pabulum they have you read in English class. During my high school years, I would return to Canada with my sister. We stayed with our dad and worked. My glass-paned bedroom door with the nice sheer curtains was so cool with the green night light in the hall. Cool, that is, until I got to a certain part in my first Stephen King novel, "The Shinning." I asked my dad to change the light, and it became a red light in the hall! LOL Regardless, I read every Stephen King novel I could get my hands on. Reading had always been something I enjoyed but I became something I couldn't do without. I enjoyed all kinds of genres including: horror, adventure, sic-fi, fantasy, mystery, and historical fiction. Alas, I grew up. Entered the Marine Corps, married, had three children, and generally became a typical mom and housewife. But I continued to read. I taught my children to read by the time they were five. Well my daughters anyway, my son was a different story. At the age of nine, my oldest read "Dune." I hadn't even read that yet, still haven't actually. I started reading a series called Dragon Lance and playing the video game "Final Fantasy" at the same time. My children loved the game and wanted to read the books mommy was enjoying too. I realized the only problem with my kids reading the books I read was the adult content,; language and sex to be exact. So I decided to write a story that had all the adventure and magic without the foul language an sexual encounters. That was many years ago. I finished "Prophecy: Force Seven" seven years after I started. I know... that's along time. There were a lot of things going on that kept me from focusing on my writing. But now, I am finally jumping off the cliff and sending the novel out there to the rest of the book lovers. My hope is that for a time you will live in the world I created and cheer for he heroes or the bad guys, your choice.
