About the Author

Kory Angelin received his degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from the University of Charleston, and is also a Certified Fitness Instructor and Specialist in Performance Nutrition.  Kory has worked in the fitness industry for the past 12 years and is President of FAST-EDGE Sports Performance.  FAST-EDGE is one of the leaders in speed and conditioning for athletes.  Their clients include numerous high schools, colleges and professional athletes.  He received the “Above The Call Award” in 2002 from “Training and Conditioning Magazine” for his work in the health field and has been quoted in print in “Maxim Magazine”.  Kory has also been an on-air fitness expert for television in the local NY area, as well as, a guest speaker throughout the country.  This is his first book.
