About the Book

Teens are often taught to rely on others to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health. If you asked them if they would like to make a change in their health, most would answer “yes”! At Last! Here is a program that teaches teens to take charge of their health. They will quickly learn the definition of health and survey their own health strengths and weaknesses. They’ll learn to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle while using the strategies and tools offered in Contract For A Healthy Life. Many students using this program have improved their grades, diet, sleep, relationships and self-esteem. This program is used in classrooms, self-advocacy programs and individually as a means for personal growth.
