About the Book

Thank God for families. In this kid-friendly, family book, it will be a guide to help family members build each other for success.

The world we live in displays many different foundations for families – foster parents, grandmothers, one parent households, and more. How did God create families to be? Did you know that “family” was established in heaven? God saw that it was good and wanted to share this gift with mankind.  It is our responsibility to instill God’s structure for our future generations - our children, grandchildren, and other generations to come. 

This book is a tool to teach the reader, children, and other family members how to help one another be unified and how to keep oneself from hurting others and oneself. This book will especially help to instruct our children about God’s way of the structure of family and parallel God’s love toward us with our love towards one another.  Futhermore, this book is a practical tool for churches, support groups, group homes, schools, childcares, and other organizations that want to build family unity. The illustrations give diversity of families and visibly helps the reader to remember how to promote and instill family unity. Open up your heart, mind, and spirit to receive how God wants families to operate.

About the Author

The author is a woman who loves to please God and is willing to learn how she can fulfill God’s divine purpose for her life.

She is a wife and mom of two children which she loves tremendously.

God gifted Cheryl to write in which she recognized it at an early age. This book was created from a long poem that she was asked to write for her grandfather’s funeral. After a fellow church member suggested she add scriptures to it, she published the poem. Then, a few years later, God instructed her to put the poem into book form with illustrations.

Cheryl’s prayer is that this book helps families treasure one another. She thanks God for being the Master Teacher in helping her to be all that He wants her to be in life. Just as she is, allow God to lead and direct you in applying His word for your family and every area of your life.
