About the Book
Praise for If I Could Speak in Silk by Judy Johns:
“This book begins with a poem with highly imaginative phrasing, superb clarity, and tight-fisted economy of words. As the book progresses, the author holds the reader’s attention closely with graphic imagery and excellent word choice.
Throughout, the author demonstrates wonderful insight. What separates this author from the herd is a willingness to speak of the inner life and to do it so grippingly that the reader must look at his or her own life for comparative wisdom.”
