This writer will continue to speak for Arabs in the American media. Being an Arab-American, he has no affection for the systems that rule over there in that region. He will therefore continue to press for more Arab-American participation in the political process, for more transparency, and for faster and farther reaching to the Americans’ hearts and minds to try to make them understand the critical Palestinian tragedy.
When it comes to the Arab-Israeli conflict and the Palestinian dilemma that fuels it, the writer will maintain his current position that only a fair and just peace can end this lengthy tragedy.
Assuming that Israel is here to stay, but how can it become truly part of that region if it does not agree to a settlement that restores Palestinian-Arab rights to live in peace in their homes.
If the Jewish people deserve their own state, their existence should not be based on punishing the Palestinian people, for no reason except for the pattern of evil perpetrated by someone else against European Jewry beginning in the late 19th century and culminating in the Nazi Holocaust.

¨ Published his first book in Arabic in 1958 on The Political Problems of the Sudan, and an updated second edition in 2000.

¨ Dr. Borg and Dr. Gall quoted Dr. Effarah, and added another chapter on “Evaluation Research” in the third edition of their book “Educational Research”, 1979. Dr. Effarah has originated a baseline to measure the unmet needs.
