About the Book

From America’s Future Leaders is about real life comments, and short stories from children ages three to thirteen. Parents and grandparents asked the children questions, and noted spontaneous remarks and answers to those questions. Elementary and junior high school teachers from the Northeast to the Southwest interviewed children, and on certain occasions asked questions to note the reactions of children, without them being aware that the answers were later on written down and saved. Religion teachers for different age groups in churches and youth groups also interviewed children, especially six and seven year olds who seemed to make up the answer if they didn’t know it, which made such a unique experience become fun-filled moments with happiness and love. School nurses wrote down funny comments that children made on a daily basis, especially children from kindergarten through the fourth grade.

The children’s comments and short stories are from children all over the world. These comments and stories will always be remembered by those who contributed to the making of this book. It will hold precious memories for a lifetime, like a photo album, from those little people we hold close to our hearts. When the children grow older, their comments and stories will never be forgotten, and this book will become a keepsake. The treasure chest several years from now will become the book, the treasure inside this book is the children, and all who contributed to making this book will be rewarded by those joyous moments we will always look back on.
