About the Book

Why would one write a book on Leftovers?  There isn’t a refrigerator out there that doesn’t contain some form of Leftovers. These items tend to get pushed to the back and forgotten and they find their way to the garbage.  So I have created recipes to avoid waste and present a healthy, easy dish for your family and/or friends.

All the recipes can be altered.

My grandmother taught me many tricks in the kitchen.  She could take a half-cup of Leftover peas and make a meal out of it.  The key to doing this is having a well stocked kitchen, which I have presented at the beginning of my book.  You can also use the Deli section of your market for last minute ingredients you may not have.

Living in Napa Valley, CA a recipe wouldn’t be complete without a wine to enhance the dish.

ENJOY!!!
