About the Author
Betty Hughes is a “retired working mother” who’s diversified business background ranges from being an Administrative and/or Engineering Assistant, Vocational Teacher in Business Preparedness, Nuclear Analyst, to a Financial-Administrative Project Manager. To be successful in these positions Betty had to learn how to stay organized at work and at home especially with the handling of schedules for two growing children during a now, 49–year marriage.
This cookbook shares her collection of 365 dinners so you will never have to cook the same thing twice in one entire year, unless you want too. It includes a weekly grocery list, some hints developed for the Beginner, shortcuts for the Working person, or new ideas for the Stay-at-Home person.
