About the Book

The book you are about to read will be unlike any book you have ever read concerning chronic pain or Fibromyalgia.  This book is a personal account of the steps that I took in order to remove all symptoms of this dreadful condition.  This will be a personal journey down a road that at times seemed impossible but came to a happy ending.

The reason I wrote in this format is because it will allow the Fibromyalgia sufferer to relate to my feelings, my downfalls, my frustrations, and my depression; however, it will in return give them the answers to find a solution to their dilemma.  When they follow each chapter and duplicate what I have done in their daily living, they will hopefully find the same results that I found.  I am a visual person and for myself seeing is believing.  If life is put simply, the answers that seemed the hardest will become the simple ones.  God intended for our bodies to have the ability to regenerate, and I am the proof of this miracle.  The program that I have developed is simple and will teach moderation in all things.

I pray that whoever reads this book will find their answer.  I also pray that through my misfortune and God giving me the answer for recovery, many will find comfort, peace, and hope for themselves.  The way will be paved for you, just take hold and follow your heart and keep the faith.  As Helen Keller wrote, “When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened to us.”  Take your eyes off of your pain and look through the door of relief, your recovery awaits you.
