About the Book

With rich imagery of verse, Writing Out the Storm, takes the reader into a state of consciousness where poetic thinking conveys a heightened form of perception, experience, and meaning.  The language will shift its focus from love, life, death, and the infinite depths of the human soul.  This collection of poems puts you in the eye of a storm.  This storm consists of energy, playfulness, boldness, and honesty.  You can not help but come along for the ride as you relate to the emotions that define the philosophical sense of being.  The words will leap up off the page and dare you not to feel.  This enlightened collection of poems is sure to give solace and inspiration to the heart.
