If you gain weight on the scales after beginning to workout there is nothing to worry about. You have gained muscle and it weights more than fat. Don’t be concerned about the scales. Notice how your clothes fit. You are reshaping your body and will start to notice reduction in size where fat was deposited and toning & shaping where muscle is replacing that fat.
