About the Book

ELIMINATE THE RIDICULOUS NOISE AND CONFUSION OF THE DIET INDUSTRY AND FIND YOUR PATH TO PERMANENT WEIGHT LOSS Have you been dieting forever, and feeling guilty, inadequate and maybe even hopeless because you’re not getting any thinner – and maybe fatter - or because your weight fluctuates more often than the price of gasoline? I finally figured that out seven years ago when I stopped believing all the hype and found my own path to permanent weight loss. It’s simple (not easy, magical or miraculous) and it works for women with the lifestyle, time constraints, responsibilities and stresses that most of us share. Women like you. Women like me. Against the Grain is about tossing all the hype and replacing it with practical, considered common sense based on your lifestyle and your relationship with food. Against the Grain will do for you what no other diet, theory or plan has ever done –lose excess weight and maintain it without being hungry, without temptation or nasty cravings and without feeling deprived. Against the Grain is about to change your life!
