E. R. Smith is the founder of The Woman, a progression based in Salt Lake City, UT. is a presenter, motivational speaker and workshop coordinator, E. R. Smith has met, seen and been a part of many life stories. With a degree in Liberal Studies with a Women Studies emphasis E. R. Smith has taken an educational experience and a real life experience, compiled them into a project to help women create a solid identity of themselves. While not a therapist, E. R. Smith is able to utilize words, pictures, and activities to create a platform which each woman can utilize for herself while going through life.
