About the Book

Reminisce with the author as she goes back to a simpler time when indoor plumbing had not yet reached the rural areas of Mississippi.  To a time when Elvis could still visit the local drugstore on Sunday morning without fear of being mobbed.

Travel with her family as they move from Memphis, TN to McKenzie, TN in the late ‘50s.  Laugh with them; cry with them.  Experience the excitement of a good fishing story and the fear inside a small girl lost at the circus.

Enjoy the real life situations that have been enhanced and expanded upon to create an interesting and heartwarming story of a man named Moody and some of the many people who love him.

About the Author

B F Faust lives on a small ranch in Mississippi with her husband and their Rottweiler.  She is the mother of two adult sons and, at the time of this publication, has two grandchildren, and is expecting another grandchild next year.

She has a full time job and spends her leisure time on the farm.  She enjoys being outdoors and has a special love for fishing, which she says she inherited from her father.

She has captured part of that passion in this book with the hope that someone else’s life will be touched by her story.
