Legend: Mouse click / Button (b) To > Enter or Return ® Task Pane TP Word Wrap
Hard Returns or Paragraphs: When you hit Enter® on your keyboard Word creates a paragraph for each ®. This is fine if you need extra spacing, otherwise let Word Wrap your sentences for you, otherwise other more advanced techniques will become obsolete.
Soft Returns: Shift+® (forces new line break without inserting a paragraph).
Show Hide Codes –
To see the background codes of your document on toolbar /Show Hide (b) (and / this (b) again to turn off codes. Dots are spaces & arrows are tabs).
Save
Save – When you Save your document for the 1st time Word performs a Save As! But after you Save it once all you have to do is on toolbar /Save (b) & it will save without any questions.
