A passenger missed his flight; therefore, the agent was going to rebook him for the next flight which would be the next day. The passenger refused to be rebooked. He wanted to leave the country that same day. He began to drill the agent over and over again as if the agent had some kind of magical power that could produce a ticket out of thin air. So he decided to shout the worst words ever said.
“I wish your kids die!”
If you had three wishes…what would they be?
There was this passenger who was short and stocky with a slight receding hairline. He resembled a mafia-type guy, like Al Capone. He was explaining to the airline supervisor that the male agent who stood next to the supervisor had lied to him twice about a flight in a 24-hour period.
The passenger argued that he kept going back and forth with his issue and that the agent was sending him on a wild goose chase like a fool.
He looked over to a screener and spoke quickly with a rough accent, “Ma’am, you work for security, right?” “What do you think?” The passenger’s eyebrows rose as he smirked, “Give me your gun so I can shoot him!”

About the Book
My daily observations of how people really communicate, interact, and react with one another everyday at the airport is, for me, considered a typical day.
Each situation is derived from my journal in which I eye-witnessed a variety of people’s reactions in response to numerous incidents. When you see and hear so much cruel behavior day after day, it becomes quite aggravating. Redundancy? Exactly! You know when you get tired of something… You just get mentally worn-out.
Instead of me complaining about all of the different types of attitudes from so many diversified people I see at the airport, I realized that it was my duty to those who are innocent of such behavior, to do something about it. So, I decided to put it all down in black and white.
