THE WATER’S FIERCE
The storms have been heavy,
The water’s fierce,
But the sweetness of HIS presence
Brings assurance in the midst.
Abiding seems easy
When all is well,
But when the fierce storms arrive
Abiding is a seeming hell.
Victory is not won
When all is in peace,
Only when hells scorn
Is actively released.
So abiding in HIM
In spite of your fears,
Will give you the strength
For continued Victory through the years.
It seems contradictive,
It seems upside down,
Trusting in the midst of your fears,
But be assured this retains your crown.

WAIT TO WORRY
Wait to worry,
Sounds crazy to me,
But with Divine understanding
It will set you free.
“Don’t worry about tomorrow”,
Jesus said,
Because He provides the solution
For the trouble ahead.
“Don’t worry about yesterday”,
Jesus also proclaimed,
Nothing can prevent past events
Just receive healing in Jesus Name.
“Jehovah Jirah my provider”,
Those are the Words to Shout,
When the demon of worry
Tries to wear you out.
Cast your cares on Him.
Say tomorrow I will see
My Gods solution
To the nagging demon of worry.
So wait to worry,
Give it to Him,
As he walks you through each trial of events,
It is only to learn to lean and trust on Him.

About the Book
In “Meetings with the Master” poetry meets with Deity bringing forth a message that will encourage, admonish, correct, direct, deliver and always keep your eye focused to the Lord and His Word. Even the poetry written with lightness, or remembrances of past times, is laced with the Lord in-between the lines. Further you will find a section devoted to brief eye opening nuggets and exhortations hidden in God’s Word of Truth.
It is the author’s hope that the reader will be challenged to seek a deeper experience with the Lord of all life and creation and to press forward in every area of life to a spirit of excellence.
About the Author
Peggy Dumas grew up in an adult world bringing early maturity. Life drastically changed at age10 when her mother began working and sexual molestations from her father became her lot.
Seeking a way out, at 16 she married an older man. At 23 with 5 children, a deep void kept her seeking the True God. Nearly 30, mother of 6 working two jobs, she received Jesus as Lord becoming born again.
God granted adventures and giftings in plenty; Motherhood, businesswoman, even a husband and 4 additional children, but above all a lover of God traveling from Glory to Glory, all things becoming new.
