Winners Principles

Winner are goal setters, they come from nowhere to somewhere. They withstand and over come shocks, disappointments, frustration and grief. They are not afraid of debt or death. They work as if tomorrow will be too late. Their mission and vision is their main objective. They spend less time on unnecessary things and quality time on necessary things. Their mission is result. You are one if you are determined to achieve good result. One good thing about winners is, they don’t postpone things, it’s either now or never.

Independent:  They are mostly responsible for their choices and they take little instruction from people. Very often their minds are made up, they believe in try and fail than not to try at all.  Their goals are unpredictable most times. 

Where the fight is strong, you will see them. They independently come out of their mission.  You are like that. If you fail, don’t worry, without failure, there wont be corrections, without mistakes, you will not learn.

Natural: when you see a true leader, he or she is always natural, they don’t like being noticed, pride is not theirs, they hardly have time to spare. They put their job and family responsibilities before their personal needs.

Notion:  Their Idea or beliefs are well nurtured to maturity.  When they concentrate, they produce what people cannot ordinarily imagine. They think and work at super sonic speed. The next thing is either they invent some thing or they take a company to a greater height, they don’t beg for jobs, the way they talk tells you who they are. Example: “give me that job and I will take your company to greater height”

Endurance: This is the greatest asset of winners they go through different kinds of furnaces, and they withstand different kinds of situations. They even go a long way in standing for the embarrassment the situation might entail.

Jesus is their mentor. One good thing about them is, they will never change their stand. They prefer chewing that situation they have no immediate answer to.
