About the Author

Helen Price Walters, a resident of Dallas, Texas, has been a member of the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation since 1944.  She is a lector and active in the Daughters of the King and the Community of the Holy Spirit Associates.  She received Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of North Texas and is a retired school teacher, having left the classroom in 2003 after thirty-six years of teaching. She is the mother of two adult sons, Joel Walters and Mark Walters.
