Jesus
of Nazareth, the Master, and John, the Beloved Disciple, became friends in
spiritual agreement on earth in regard to revealing the covenant of God with
man. In the Old Testament of the Holy
Bible, God was perceived to be an invisible God, an unseen God. The stars in the sky and all living creatures
on earth were visible evidence of His Presence. The world was perceived as an invisible God,
the Source of Life, Who radiated life from an invisible heaven “up there” to
His separate visible creation on earth “down here”. Life in form is the visible essence of the
Divine Presence in all living things.
Life came from God. The Book of
Genesis proclaims the continuity that “In the Beginning, God created the heaven
and the earth”, connected not separated.
Jesus of
Nazareth experienced the spiritual covenant with God Almighty, the Father. Jesus knew that he was not the totality of
the God of the entire universe, but he knew--in his own experience--the
radiance from God that came to him as an individual person. This invisible radiance from God into the
earth is called the Christ spirit. Jesus
let the Spirit of God that was coming to him as an individual come through his
heart, his mind and his body. Jesus
revealed the invisible radiance from
God, the Christ. He allowed the Spirit
to flow through him totally in an unrestricted flow. He lived on earth to allow the invisible God
to have dominion in his human form. He
could say and did say that “the Father and I are One!” This was the Truth for him. His mission was to make the invisible God
visible in a human form so that he could be a visible point of orientation for others of the heretofore invisible
God. Jesus also knew that the potential
of the spiritual connection with God the Father was available for anyone or
everyone who would totally submit to the flow of the spirit. He began to seek others (disciples) who would
allow the spirit to find expression through themselves
so that they, too, would come to know the invisible God, the Father, in their
own experience of the covenant. The
Parables of the Master were
spoken through Jesus to His disciples so that they, too, might come to know the
spirit which emanates continuously from heaven, the place where the Father
dwells, to the earth of each individual person.
John, the
Beloved Disciple, tuned in to the teachings and living example of the
visible point of orientation of the Father represented by Jesus. John, the Beloved Disciple, experienced the
covenant with God as he came into agreement with the earthly orientation
provided by the Master, Jesus, approximately 2000 years ago. Jesus and John were in spiritual agreement on
earth. Jesus was higher in the Divine
Design on earth than John. Jesus
represented the LORD of Lords and John was one of his Lords. It is understandable from this viewpoint that
John would be in position to write The
Book of John, as well as The
Revelation of St. John the Divine.
The
mission of Jesus, who revealed the Christ radiance from the invisible Father,
and the mission of John, who revealed the Christ radiance taught to him by
Jesus, is the same mission: they were in
agreement to magnify the Father on earth.
They invited all to participate in this creative spiritual process of
allowing the spirit of the Father in heaven to flow into the earth through
themselves, through the personal equipment of their hearts, minds and physical
bodies. This action is the substance of
the Lord’s Prayer.
Let
us consider The Symbolic Version of
the Parables of the Master, The Symbolic Version of John and
The Symbolic Version of Revelation
to consider the spiritual invitation which Jesus and John made available then
and they also make available now to everyone in every generation who relax into
the flow of the river of never-ending Spirit of the Father.

The Revelation of St. John, the
Divine is the last book of the Holy Bible.
The Holy Bible is a collection of books written by various people who
lived on earth that knew something about the LORD, God Almighty, the Father or
Jehovah. These people had names like
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, Isaiah and Jesus and they spoke of their
encounters with Deity. The encounters
which each of them experienced are revealed in biblical texts. These actual encounters which these Stars of
the Scriptures experienced within themselves are “revelations” to those who
have not had the experience.
The
revelations experienced by the individuals are important to us because we would
like to know about God and whether or not it is possible for some
