About the Book

Each book contains 30 days of pre-printed worksheets as described in the book Think Better, Feel Better. They are convenient, easy-to-use, and small enough to fit into a purse or brief case!
Also part of the Think Better, Feel Better series are Self-Appreciation Cards, available directly from the author. They are an empowering reminder of all the great qualities we have. They encourage you to focus on the things you like and appreciate about yourself! Each set has about 200 small cards (1”x 2 ½”) with pre-printed positive statements on them. You choose the statements that feel best to you. Blank cards are also provided to create your own. Each card has a hole punched in the end - you place them on the ring provided, and carry them with you!

About the Author
Gwen Roberts has spent the last
17 years studying the effects of positive thinking. As with most people, her life had been less
than perfect. Gwen had a very strong
desire to change things, but the method of doing so was not obvious. She began experimenting with positive
thinking, and has developed an understanding of how and why it works. She now knows that the power of positive
thinking is the key for ultimately improving every aspect of your life!
Gwen made remarkable changes in
her life using the same concepts, techniques and exercises described in her
book. Other people noticed, and
requested she write a book to share her knowledge and experiences!
