Sally Foulon Cooper lives near Spokane, WA with her husband, two children, a cat, a dog, and a horse.  She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Eastern Washington University, Cheney, WA.  Sally is also a licensed real estate assistant and works in her husband’s real estate brokerage.  She has taught preschool and children’s art classes.
