The first time I saw her across the room I almost couldn’t speak, I was astounded by her demeanor and style but intrigued to all measure when our eyes met and she smiled...
“When She Smiles”
When she smiles I feel raindrops cool liquidity loved filled clouds up above
Waiting to release joy.
With every breath that I breathe by a blessed gift a warm felt heart but where do I start?
Inside, outside I don’t know where to begin,
But in my mind I’m just waiting to be next to my new friend.
Can she? Will she? Does she know that there’s someone real?
Waiting, waiting, waiting but I still feel fear...
Fear of the unknown for it has shown me to be humble less I stumble,
Crumble and fall I call I cry, I try for she!
She be all that I know all that I see.
In my reflections of puddle broken waterfalls when she...smiles at me....
