MY PRAYER FOR MY DAUGHTER
Lord, I come humbly before Your throne
asking that You’ll keep Your hand of mercy
on my daughter.
Beautify her and make her a leader
like Esther.
Make her rich like Phoebe
or Candace, Queen of
or a princess, like Sarah.
Open her understanding
that she’ll adhere to warning signs,
unlike
I pray that she will always serve You
by helping others come to know You
like Priscilla and the woman of
Let her experience Your favor like Johanna
and have a pure heart like Dorcas.
Keep her youthful and powerful in her faith
like Rhoda and wise like Deborah,
faithful like Jochebed
and as pleasant as Naomi.
Let her witness miracles being performed
like Peter’s mother-in-law.
I pray that she’ll be loyal unto the end like Mary,
James’ and Joseph’s mother;
in Jesus’ name. Amen.

About the Book
Spiritual Contours is a book which details my walk with God. As a former Administrator to my Pastor, it includes first hand experiences and observations of leadership, issues facing the church and personal thoughts about the transition from childhood into adulthood.
Spiritual Contours talks about rejection, gossip, personal mishaps, my determination to raise my children in the way of the Lord, my relationship with Christ and how He’s the Absolute Love of my life, my desire to serve and to please Him in all that I do and my desire to help victims become victors.
This book is designed as a source of spiritual ecstasy. I pray that the reader reads, relates, listens and is motivated to take a step toward excellence and oneness with the Almighty. I pray that the reader is blessed and encouraged by my words. So, sit back, relax and take a ride.
About the Author
L.I.S.A Harris (Love, Intensity, Strength and Anointing) was born and raised in New Jersey. She is the 8th of 9 children. She loves the Lord with all her heart and has served in several areas of ministry including Pastor's Administrator, Youth Pastor's Administrator and Armor Bearer, Pastor's Aide Advisor, Board of Directors, Youth Leader, Children's Church Leader, Altar Worker, Intercessor and Drama Club Director. Lisa Harris has ministered through the gift of Spoken Word at conferences, on television and various public events in several states. She was also a finalist in the 2004 McDonald's Gospelfest, a competition where over 20,000 hopefuls auditioned. To God be the glory! She has earned a Master of Theology, Bachelor of Arts degree, Human Resources Practice Certificate and has completed a 3-level online Bible Study course. She aspires to become a Keynote/Movtivational Speaker and an inspiration to young people everywhere, as she continues to increase her knowledge of God's word and move forward in the spirit of excellence.
