About the Book

     Fast-paced and to the point, there’s never a lull in Beach Cat and the Wisdom of the Orange. As if they needed more problems, despite a warning from Dune Dog, goofy Fred and Charlie opt to tell their bad luck jokes, which in keeping with their history brings about a dismal situation!

     Indeed, with the Grim Reaper knocking on the group’s door, it’s up to an angelic Beach Cat to save the day. But first, he must wait for God {the Wisdom} to arm him with his heavenly weapons! About the Author

     Quite some time ago, James West had a yearning to become a cartoonist. Eventually, his thoughts would evolve into a mystical short story for both young readers and adults alike.

     Ironically, because he has Attention Deficit Disorder and is not an avid reader himself, the middle-aged Mr. West found the art of writing to be quite difficult. Nonetheless, by employing the old adage of ‘practice makes perfect,’ the author developed a technique that not only keeps the reader’s interest and makes them crave for more, but also allows for greater retention of subject matter. Consequently, sentence structuring and scenic literature takes on new meaning. Anything but boring, his work is exciting - it ‘JUMPS’ right out at you!
