About the Book

Sara Van Dyne, her husband and their four-year-old daughter are vacationing in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires Argentina when their lives were suddenly changed forever.

In what seems like slow motion, Sara witnesses her family’s disappearance on the busy streets of Buenos Aries.

Alone and confused in a foreign South American city, Sara is left to figure out the fate of her husband and young daughter.

Suddenly, the Argentine police and the CIA discover something so unexpected it changes the entire direction of their investigation. Nothing is what it seems as Sara discovers the truth about her family’s disappearance.

Sara finds herself being haunted by her abusive past, while trying to cope with the reality of the present, leaving her vulnerable to the advances of an Argentinean man wanting to help her accept the truth she has been forced to live.

This novel details the depths of a mother’s love and a woman’s strength to overcome her abusive past to deal with the pain of the present.

Filled with compelling suspense and romance, the book conveys to the reader the emotional pitfalls, pain and vulnerability Sara Van Dyne goes through while tying to find her family and ultimately herself.
