Dreams are fascinating. Most everyone that I have spoken with about dreams will often say “You know, I had a dream about….” and an exciting discussion begins. While some people may give little thought to their dreams, other people may become perplexed or frightened by their dreams, yet others are drawn to and are captivated by their dreams and may spend an entire lifetime learning more about their dreams and themselves.
This book is the result of exploring three central questions during a research project regarding dreams and the relevance of dream interpretation in psychotherapy. While I did not have any expectations about what may be discovered I was excited about the process and was hopeful that something significant would emerge. As a result of the findings in the research project I was enthusiastically encouraged to publish this book. This book represents my ongoing passion for the value and meaning of dream interpretation and how dream interpretation may help people heal emotional wounds.
