Cathryn Cate Roundy is a clinical therapist who is especially experienced in the areas of relationships, depression, anxiety, and self-actualization. She has a thriving private practice, is a popular speaker, and conducts workshops on developing individual worth, personal fulfillment, and effective relationships.

She received her Master’s Degree from the University of Utah, where she graduated with honors, and is licensed in clinical therapy. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and adheres to their high professional standards. She is also a Diplomat of the American Psychotherapy Association.

Cate walked into her first psychology class almost by accident and found herself completely drawn to the unpredictable, intriguing, heartbreaking, joyous, and utterly fascinating study of why people do the things they do.
