extensive background in early education along with business and resource
development have helped her play a leading role in fostering improved access to
quality early education environments.
Selby
is the author of the Raising Readers In Wyoming Grant,
and a co-author of the Wyoming Early Childhood Readiness Standards endorsed by
the Wyoming State Board of Education.
Her work includes writing position papers on early literacy, and writing
business plans to develop new facilities.
