Tonight we breezin’, easily-we slightly vibe in chrismic
shivers.
Ecstasy blazes exquis
te, with our souls on heat.
Minds glisten like wet ice, slick but passive.
Inhaling, the playa remedies of life.
SHH!! Hold it!!
Now release.
Smokes acescion, a deep inhalent, a broke rhythm.
A low line with no seeds in’em. Tides roll like cholocate on wavelengths,
deeper then a shotguns thoughts.
Roll leaves in biblical papers, and in peace, blow knlowedge when we release.
As we be feelin’ right when collectin’ thoughts after black titans.
Still freezin’, ya feel me, tonight we breezin’
Slowin’
Slowed down, a lustful jones, a slow phiysical.
Watch the escalation, a touch, yearns turns into slow begging.
Revived with a touch.

About the Author
Published in numerous poetry anthologies, Henry Vereen’s abstract poetry has been around for a few years. In 1997 he won the National Library of Poetry’s Editors Choice award for his poem a Garden of Ebony Roses, which was published in the National Library of Poetry’s Chambers of Time.
Soul on Heat is his first collection of poems released, and he’s currently preparing another volume of poetry.
