Emily Dearworth is a 13 year old girl who lives with her family in Mason, Ohio. She has always loved animals and has five pets in her house. Emily is the proud owner of two pug dogs, Wrinkles and Junior and one Tabby cat, Sophie There are also two Chihuahuas, Zen & Bella who belong to her sister and brother, but she admits she loves them also. Emily excels at reading and writing and during her 8th year of school her language arts teacher, Ms. Lehman, taught the class how to write “Just So Stories ". Emily combined her writing talent with her passion for animals and created an exciting collection of short stories about animals for children to enjoy.
