About the Book
“New Testament of Business
Leadership” is different from the business books written in the past, as it
starts in your own relationship with Jesus Christ.
Business books rarely talk about
the leader’s heart, fears, ego, and the emotions that form the outcome of their
actions or on the ones they lead. This book deals with the leader’s heart and
head. It relates directly to the pure empowerment of an individual as well as
the encouragement of the team.
This book is not a “how to” book
that screams of earthly riches nor is it a bible study guide, but instead, at
times written romantically, explores the depths of the leader’s thoughts, fears
and strengths. It calls to those that are “called” to leadership. It calls for
self-examination, through soul-searching concepts of the whole worth of
oneself.
This book’s theme addresses a
true change management; change within one’s self, and of empowering the change
within others, that they might reach their full God-given potentials.
The trick to this book is to go
slow, explore your own talents, and to think!
About the Author
Rod has been well versed in
executive corporate leadership. His lessons and examples of business leadership
defy common corporate tradition and he focuses on methods to get the best out
of the organization. His writing brings many unorthodox experiences to bear
such as being a professional trainer of competitive and ranch quarter horses
for 20 years and being a key executive in the heavy duty automotive industry of
some of this county's largest corporations. Rod holds a MBA and a PhD and uses
a prose technique that requires you to go to a place within yourself.
