About the Author

The author is a French-Canadian who, growing up in a large family in New Brunswick, naturally spent a lot of time in the kitchen helping her mom and grandmothers prepare varied meals and desserts.  She takes pleasure in being able to share these authentic, “old-timey”, French-Canadian recipes with you.
