About the Author

Jerry Pilcher, retired administrator and senior manager in state government service for thirty one years, is a Baptist deacon and Sunday school teacher and volunteer.  He earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1969.  He was married to his wife Gloria for twenty seven years and is uniquely qualified to present their life together and how their lives changed when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

A native Floridian, Jerry lives in Starke, Florida.  His four sons and six grandchildren live nearby.
