I don’t think a relationship with anyone just happens. It doesn’t begin at its best and stay that way forever. My relationship with God was very new and I began to question what my faith was all about. Was God just a figment of my imagination? Was He someone who would vanish like a morning mist never to be heard from again? And how would I ever know, ever be sure of His presence in my life? One beautiful sunny Sunday morning I went to church. When I got home I felt restless. I wasn’t sure what was happening so I sat down to journal. The prayer of my heart got written that sunny Sunday morning!

About the Book
This book is not about religion. It is not about dogma or church or sermons. It is not about being Catholic, Lutheran, or Presbyterian. It is not a self help book to help you find out about your faith life. It does not preach about who God should be or how you can find Him. It is a simple story of one person’s journey and how she discovered that she and God truly did fit together. It is a story that I wanted to share because I think that there are many people who are not sure if God really exists but they really want to believe that He does. They’re not sure how to make Him real. I hope and pray that by sharing my story with you, something might touch you in such a way that you will no longer doubt that God really is alive and doing very well.
About the Author
This is the first book published by Mary Noggle. She has written poetry and two short stories. She is currently working on completing short stories and organizing a book of short stories for publication. She is also in the beginning stages of writing a book of humorous things that have happened through her lifetime that will be titled Is God Laughing With Me?
