Lord Jesus, I know that a house divided cannot
stand. Please help your weak children
come together in love.
Shower Your children with Your perfect strength so
that we can over come the sin of prejudice, racism, and division.
Help Your children understand that hatred cannot
unite with love. Tell them Father, that
division cannot conquer evil.
Tell them Father, that You are the God of unity and
love.
Tell them, my Lord, that You long to hold all of
Your children, as a father comforts his wounded child.
Tell them, my Lord, that You are the epitome of
unconditional love and uninterrupted unity.
My Lord, I know that a house that’s divided cannot
stand.
Will You enter the hearts of my divided brothers so
that they can express the love that You commanded?
You, O Lord, are the origin of unconditional love.
Only Your love, my Father, can change the hearts of
my divided brothers and sisters.
Shower Your loved ones with Your gifts of love and
mercy, so that we may be able to share Your gifts with all of Your children.
Shower us with Your gifts of compassion and
forgiveness, so that we may become perfect in Your holy eyes.
My Lord, please grace all of Your divided children
with Your holy presence, so that we may experience Your compassion, for those
who seek Your holy kingdom on earth.

writings express the reality of division in the Church, caused by racism, prejudice,
and discrimination.

division, and the origin and results of separation in the Christian community.
This book was composed within seven days, with the
guidance of the Holy Spirit.

About the Author
Barbara lives in Philadelphia, PA with her twenty
years old daughter La Toya and two years old granddaughter, Amya Penny. Barbara has written three other books within
the past year. All of her writings are
in the form of inspirational poetry and prayers.
Barbara majored in Mental Health Social Service and
Psychology at Philadelphia Community College. She is a member of the Catholic
faith and the Catholic library Association, and an evangelist in her community.
Barbara attributes her inspirational writings to Almighty God.
