About the Author
After 15 years as Auditor and Assistant Controller
for large cruise liners, and Representative on many foreign flag ships – I then
studied Tort Law and became Claims
Manager for Orient Overseas Line and, Tokyo Shipping Ltd. I then became a Claims Adjuster, then Sr.
Claims Rep. and Supervisor for Travelers Insurance Co. along with a Training
Coordinator. After this, I became
associated with American International Group as Supervisor handling
international catastrophic claims. I
then became Senior Examiner for American General Fire & Casualty,
investigating extremely large and complex claims. In total, I had over 35 years in Insurance Claims.
