About the Author
ISABEL CONTRERAS journey has taken her to experience
life in different ways. With the ups
and downs that life offers she took the path of least resistance to find
herself and the meaning of life. She
took extensive training to understand why we are the way we are so as to
discover the gift of life. She is now
committed to help others find their life’s journey. She holds a diploma in Positive Thinking Counseling, she is a certified
self-development teacher and coach, NLP practitioner, and a Transformational
Breathing facilitator. In addition to
her individualized private practice as a counselor, coach and therapist, she is
the founder of Life Motivations, a Center for life management skills and
wellbeing in Switzerland and conducts seminars, training courses in English and
French
