About the Book

This book is for the parents, family and friends of babies and children who must spend time in the hospital due to life-threatening illness, injuries or the challenges of a premature birth.  The authors are mothers who know the emotional roller coaster that families endure when a child is being cared for in a hospital, not at home, and all the worries that go along with not knowing what tomorrow brings.  This book is intended to remind parents that God is in control and that He knew of this hospital stay long before that child ever was born.  God guarantees that we don’t have to handle it alone.  This book offers ways to survive the hospital roller coaster and provides support in dealing with the accompanying fear, stress and uncertainties.  It journals the stories of the unexpected, long-term hospital stays of four babies and the determination of these children to survive.
