There is a CLOUD ON THE TITLE; lot 40 block “A” is supposed to be 48 acres in Berkeley County, South Carolina. The Dorchester property is supposed to be 58 acres, but the plat can’t be found for the 58 acres. Why?
There is a deed A309 page 75
that show the Pressley’s received 3/3, 1/3 for Alice McQueen aka Pearl Pressley
and the other 2/3 is for her two sons Allen and Floyd Pressley.
Now take this deed and turn
the numbers around A309 page 75 to A75 page 309 now here come “OTRANTO” which
is GULF OIL CORP., BP Oil Co., deed E143 page 753.
Since the plat can’t be
found how did the land get divided?
A73 page 309 for Floyd
Pressley and turn it around for William Martin McQueen deed A309 page 73 how
about this?
Cloud on the Title, there is
a deep dark Cloud on the Title for Lot 40 Block “A,” St James Goose Creek. Some people working for the State of South
Carolina put together a deal for lot 40 Block “A.”
The McNair Law Firm sold the
“Trust” that held this land for the late WILLIAM MCQUEEN. And later Richard C. Bell and Arthur
McFarland divided the “same” land and I was given 11.60 acres of this property.
And to top it off, the same
land has been filed in the 1990 “INCOME TAXES.” Which is proven to be GULF OIL CORP. and is covered under deed
Z90 page 275 for my father William McQueen.
Now if the “Trust” was sold
why or how can I be paying taxes on this land?
And I was jailed for
claiming some land that is clearly the property of the late William McQueen and
as of today January 26, 2003 I have not yet been to court after waiting since
January 10, 2001. Why so long?
