About the Book

Black Legacy is an elating book of poetry that takes you on a journey of the author's emotional past, challenging present and liberating future.  Not only does she explore relationships of love, fantasy, disappointment and pain, she opens the reader's eyes to enslavement, racism and discord that exist violently between and amongst her people.  She also celebrates and pays tribute to black life.  She enters into the world of Christianity sharing God's promising love.  She also reveals a vision of her race of people all over the world, enriching and adoring one another unconditionally, generating a flourishing outcome and overcoming as one nation, so our surviving black sons and daughters will have a chance to fulfill and endure a prosperous and generous future with their equal.
