Some self-help books can be ‘whelming.’ They clearly tell you how to have a perfect life and then when you don’t, you may feel a sense of guilt and failure. Not this one! Solos is about honoring who you are without pressure or guilt or have-to’s. Carolyn shares a portion of her journey and how she came to understand her own uniqueness and live that uniqueness more fully.

About the Author

Carolyn Harvill went from stay-at-home Mom to Purchasing Manager for The Minute Maid Company. These are two very different worlds that require totally different skills.

During her rise in corporate life, she went back to school for nine years to get her Bachelor’s degree, completed a four year course in lay ministry, a three year course in spiritual direction, and finalized a divorce while raising two teenagers. She understands stress and the need to find an inner core of strength. This book is one of the ways that Carolyn shares what she has learned. Carolyn also presents programs of humor, motivation and inspiration for associations and businesses across America.
