About the Book
This book is divided into three stories written especially for children. They detail the importance of a loving family, a close community, and the joys and trials of growing up in America. Each page is accompanied by an illustration that vividly portrays the theme of it.
When asked how she decided to write this book, Beverly says it just came to her. She had attended an Easter service with her children. When they came back from church and had eaten dinner, she suddenly felt the desire to write the book. She sat down and the words just started pouring from her heart.
